Refill: You provide the container. On your delivery day leave a clean, empty, labeled container at your door and we will come and fill it up!

Prefilled: On your delivery day we will drop off your product in a clean, sanitized glass deposit jar. When the jar is empty save it until your next delivery and then leave it outside for us to collect. If the jar is still in usable condition you will receive the jar fee back in a coupon code which can be applied to your next purchase.

Refills have the product list price by weight. For Example: $0.65 /oz. You get to choose how much of the product you order! Trying something new? Order a little! Stocking up on something you love? Order a lot! If your order more then will fit in your container we will refund you the difference.

Prefill products are sold in deposit jars in predetermined amounts. A deposit is added to the product price. When you return the jar in usable condition you get the jar fee back in the form of a discount code to use at your next purchase.

Products that are not refills or prefills (you know the usual way to buy stuff!) are listed by the price/ item. But don't worry we make sure to only stock products with low waste packaging.
